Rates are in Samoan Tala and include insurance, 15% Govt. Tax and unlimited mileage.

Please note that 1 day equals 24 hours. Therefore the time you receive the car should be the same time it is returned without occurring extra hour or full day charges.

 For every 1 week hire, you receive ONE FREE DAY (i.e. pay 6 days + 1 free day, pay 12 days + 2 free days, etc…..)!

BOND (Refundable Deposit) Please be advised that there is a BOND (refundable deposit) with “Blue Pacific Car Hire”.

This can either be paid with a swipe of your Visa/Master Card OR in Samoan Tala Cash (or the equivalent of NZD$300/AUD$300).

This is fully refundable when the rental car is returned in the same condition as received. The BOND for all rental cars is SAT$500.00

DRIVER(s) must be 21 years or over when renting a car from Blue Pacific Car Hire.

Please note that you have to purchase a “Samoan Temporary Driving Permit”, currently at SAT$21.00 per license and valid for 1 month.

You must bring with you, your Valid and Full driver license (from your country) to be able to obtain a Samoan Temporary License.

Delivery and Pick Up to Coconut Beach Resort and Sinalei Reef Resort between the hours of 9am-4pm daily

3) OUTSIDE OF APIA – beyond SIUMU

Delivery and Pick up to Return to Paradise Resort, Samoana Resort and Saletoga Sands Resort between 10am-3.30pm    SAT 80.00 one way
For 3 days + car hire – SAT 40 one way.

4) OUTSIDE OF APIA – Lalomanu area

Delivery and Pick Up to Seabreeze Resort, Aga Reef Resort, Taufua and Litia Sini Beach Fales between 10am-3pm     SAT 100 one way
For 3 days + car hire – SAT 50 one way.

5) OUTSIDE of Apia – Mulifanu area

Delivery and Pick Up to Sheraton AGL Resort, Transit Motel and Mulifanua Wharf between 10am-30pm  –  SAT 60 one way.
Delivery and Pick Up to Levasa Resort between 10am-3pm SAT 80 one way.

6) OUTSIDE of Apia – Faleolo Airport

Delivery and Pick up for flights arriving/departing between 9am-3.30pm     SAT 50 one way

Delivery and Pick up for flights arriving/departing between 4pm-9am     SAT 90 one way

For deliveries to Resorts that are NOT listed above, please inquire with us.

All rental cars are fully insured; however, the renter is liable to pay the first SAT 3000.00 for damages, if the vehicle is involved in an accident.

Various insurance options are available to reduce the excess down to $0 on request.

Insurance Excess Reductions:

Option one: pay WST 25.00 extra per day and the Insurance Excess is reduced to SAT 1500

Option two: pay WST 40.00 extra per day and the Insurance Excess is reduced to SAT 0.00
