Rates are in Samoan Tala and include insurance, 15% Govt. Tax and unlimited mileage.
Please note that 1 day equals 24 hours. Therefore the time you receive the car should be the same time it is returned without occurring extra hour or full day charges.
For every 1 week hire, you receive ONE FREE DAY (i.e. pay 6 days + 1 free day, pay 12 days + 2 free days, etc…..)!
BOND (Refundable Deposit) Please be advised that there is a BOND (refundable deposit) with “Blue Pacific Car Hire”.
This can either be paid with a swipe of your Visa/Master Card or in Cash. This is fully refundable when the rental car is returned in the same condition as received. The BOND for all rental cars is SAT$500.00
DRIVER & DRIVERS LICENSE
DRIVER(s) must be 21 years or over when renting a car from Blue Pacific Car Hire.
DRIVERS LICENSE All international and overseas VALID driver’s license is accepted in Samoa, EXCEPT “Learner” and “Restricted” Driver License. Those you are holders of a “Learner” or “Restricted” Driver License are unable to drive in Samoa by Law. Please note that you have to purchase a “Samoan Temporal License” at SAT$21.00 per license which we can do on the delivery of the rental car.

Delivery and Pick up for flights arriving/departing between 9 am-4pm SAT$60 one way

All rental cars are fully insured; however, the renter is liable to pay the first SAT$2000.00 (i.e. WST$2,500.00 for drivers under the age of 25 years) for damages, if the vehicle is involved in an accident.
Various insurance options are available to reduce the excess down to WST$400 on request.
Insurance Excess Reductions:
Option one: pay WST$20.00 extra per day and the Insurance Excess is reduced to SAT$990.00
Option two: pay WST$30.00 extra per day and the Insurance Excess is reduced to SAT$400.00

An extra WST$500.00 applies if drivers are under 25 years of age
